No working water upon arrival, water main had busted. No offer to do anything price wise. Pictures looked more up to date than the room we had. Killed baby roach in bathroom. Only hot breakfast items were egg rounds, sausage links, and make your own waffles.

Someone was sleeping in my assigned room when I tried to enter it. The front desk called the room and the person identified was incorrectly checked in the same room. The microwave had food stuck inside and had not been cleaned. Coffee supply in the room was for only decaf.
