We arrived there and found the pool water very cloudy and made your swimming cloths and towels stink very bad. The pool heater had the pool water real hot not warm but hot. I told the management about this they told me everything is fine and finally they close the pool.

Room looks just like the pics. Room service never came to our room. We had to ask for towels and for the trash to be thrown away everyday. Beds were not comfy. Convenient walk to beach and surrounding locations for eating and gift shops are in walking distance. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

The walls were very thin .we could hear loud music that kept us awake. The smoke detector has a bright flashing light .also not good for sleeping .lastly glass bathroom door .

It took 40 minutes to check in due to the confusion. One room was not ready, and we had to demand that we get a room immediately, as we had been traveling all day. The manager had to intervene to get it done. In the morning, a roach was on the floor. I took care of it and never mentioned it to my wife. The door to the balcony was not fitted properly, and would not close!

This property had great proximity to the beach, and the pool area was nice. The room was comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. There was not enough food on the breakfast buffet for the number of people there, and many people left to get breakfast elsewhere.
