Horrible service no beach towels

Why am I being charged a resort fee if you do not provide towels I can use at the beach and you don’t allow people to use pool towels for the beach. I have never stayed at a hotel on the beach that doesn’t allow/provide towels that can be used at beach. The fit the white guy at the front desk threw yelling at me that I can’t take the pool towels to the beach just to be like okay I will allow it this one time is beyond ridiculous I will never stay here again and do not recommend. It also took over 6 hours of asking every hour just to get towels and toilet paper replenished for the room. Breakfast is not good either.

Noticed in reviews complaints regarding hidden fees and noice. Well it’s JAX Beach not Sandals couples only resort and no hidden fees exist (research before you book please). If you refuse paying valet fee there’s large parking lot free of charge m-f and $12 on weekends. As a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay. Girls had tanning fun at the beach and boys went fishing off beautiful Pier located right in rear of hotel. Walking distance to variety of restaurants. Rooms were clean and renovated recently in modern style. Included with stay breakfast was amazing, well organized with different options daily. Staff super friendly. Thank you so much SpringHill of JAX for letting us enjoy our family spring break vacation!

A so-so stay

We arrived at 3pm for our 4pm check in. We were told the room wasn’t ready and we would get a call when it was. We waited until 4:20pm and did not receive a phone call. We went to the front desk again at that time and were able to check in. The original staffer was no where to be found and the new staffer seemed confused as to why we were unable to check in at our initial interaction. We put in a towel request Wednesday at about 7pm and never received the towels. We had to make another request Thursday morning and finally received the towels. At check out we called down for a luggage cart and never received one. We also went to the pool one day of our stay and there were no towels. We asked for towels to be brought to the pool and we were promised towels but they never brought them. The couch in our room was also stained pretty bad. We didn’t even want our kids to touch it. I do not see myself booking this hotel again. The stay was not the luxury experience we were expecting.

So this hotel is clean the staff is nice and this hotel is updated and has great access to the beach. I'm so picky Abt were I stay and it being nice and clean. This hit the spot, also they have a hot BIG NICE breakfast, the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel trust me.

Small and modern, excellent staff. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks and you can hear the ocean 24/7…definitely get a balcony!!

Great family beach hotel

The rooms and hotel have nice accommodations. There is plenty to do in the area or go to the beach. I really enjoy not having any marijuana smell… huge perk! The elevator was a bit slow but not a reason to not book, we took the stairs sometimes.

Excellent service upon check in/out. Valet was inexpensive, easy to use and quick service. Surrounding restaurants, retail and amenities were all in walking distance from property. Excellent location in the center of JAX Beach!

Fantastic location, beautiful facility

Beds were a bit firm. Front desk and service staff were amazing. Able to accommodate an early check in and incredibly personable (Charles-you're in the right industry!), responded quickly to a concern over patio door functionality which was promptly repaired. Fantastic room for multiple adults, though just a touch narrow and spotless without that musty smell beach rooms can have. Beautiful, beach front facility with a great lobby, bar/restaurant, and pool overlooking the beach. We will definitely return!

Loved this hotel SpringHill suits. Will definitely be staying here again. Great free breakfast. Beds could have been better but overall stylish and clean with friendly staff.
