Sleeping arrangements
This entire condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom includes a full bed with a pull-out trundle, while the upstairs loft provides twin beds - a cozy setup that works especially well for children. A second full bathroom helps keep mornings easy and unhurried.

Living spaces
The main living area is designed for together time. Generous seating surrounds the TV with standard cable, and the open-concept design keeps everyone connected whether you are watching a movie, planning the next day’s outing, or catching up after time at the pool. A dining table seats eight, offering plenty of room for meals, board games, or spreading out your laptop during a work session.

Kitchen and essentials
The kitchen provides the space you need to cook your own meals during your stay, and the nearby dining area makes serving and gathering simple. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer visits, while bathroom essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Outdoor and community amenities
The screened lanai extends your living space outdoors, offering a breezy spot to read or unwind without leaving the comfort of home. Free parking on premises includes 2 spaces, and a private entrance allows for easy arrivals and departures. The condo is located within The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass community, where you have access to the community pool & clubhouse. Guests can book their own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards, which also offers tennis and pickleball. Please note there is no designated beach access within TPC.

Work and connectivity
With Wifi and a dedicated workspace, the condo supports remote work and extended stays just as easily as weekend getaways.

Good to know
Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed. Whether you are planning a golf trip, a family visit, or a longer coastal stay, this Ponte Vedra condo offers a comfortable home base close to dining, beaches, and the renowned courses of TPC Sawgrass.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
