Welcome to The Salty Palm, a newly remodeled 4-bedroom home with a Large, Heated Saltwater Pool (brand new 2023). Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes away from dining, shopping, Mayo Clinic and the pristine Beaches and Atlantic Ocean.



The Space:

4 bedrooms with King bed + 2 Queen Size sleeper sofas sleeping a maximum of 12 people.



Backyard is very private with 8-foot privacy fence, making this an ideal retreat for families looking to enjoy lazy days by the large brand-new Saltwater Pool that can be heated during select months with a small fee. Larger than your average pool, this heated saltwater haven is the heart of outdoor fun. Whether you’re swimming laps, splashing with loved ones, or soaking up the sun, this private backyard paradise and pool offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.



Pool Heater Disclaimer:



If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. The pool heater is available only from October through February and carries an additional charge of $50 per day.



Please note that a pool heater will not heat the water to hot-tub temperatures. The final water temperature depends on the outdoor weather conditions and may only rise to a certain level.



Backyard also has outdoor seating area, tree swings, Firepit, Cornhole game, and a large BBQ.

We are pet friendly and accept small dogs (non-aggressive breeds) up to 35 lbs. Please contact us to get your fur-baby preapproved. Non-refundable $250 pet fee applies (per pet)



Each bedroom has a King-sized bed and a large Smart TV with access to Hulu Live (75+ channels + streaming)

Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. This is the definition of beach living. Some of the amenities we have include:



🛺 Golf Cart Rental:

This property includes access to a golf cart, available for guest use at an additional fee. Cart must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are reserved for the full duration of your stay. To operate, guests are required to provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. A damage waiver will be issued and must be signed prior to use. Please note that cart features and seating capacity may vary.

**Heated Pool (heated only from October to February) Pool Heating: On average, an electric heat pump can take up to 12-48 hours to heat up the water in your swimming pool. If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay please give us 24-48 hour notice so were able to turn it on during your stay. $50 a day for heater.

Bring your flip-flops and pack that sunscreen, Jacksonville Beach has 22 miles of wide, white-sandy beaches that offer visitors majestic sunrises and star filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do and a variety of water activities. Casual fun restaurants, nightlife hotspots, souvenir shops blend into the scene without crowding the views of the shorelines in Jacksonville Beach.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.

Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.



Refund Policy



A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.





Please note: The pool is not heated from April through October, as the warmer weather typically keeps the water at a comfortable temperature. Thank you for your understanding!



General Guidelines



●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.

●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.

Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.

●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.

●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.

●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.

●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.

●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.

●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.

●Furniture: Do not rearrange.

●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.

●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.

●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.





POOL RULES



●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.

●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.

●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.

●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.

●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).

●Damage: Any damage to the hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
