Beautiful pool home in Jax Beach! This home is in the perfect location, minutes to the ocean, restaurants, grocery store, Mayo Clinic and more! Your stay includes a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, fast WIFI, comfortable memory foam beds w/ cooling technology, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, & a propane grill. The house is equipped with plenty of entertainment: foosball table, cornhole, darts, bikes, & the HEATED swimming pool!



The Space:

Perfect place for a coastal get away. You will have a beautifully maintained pool surrounded with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. Cost to heat the pool is included in nightly price! The foosball table, mini putt, 4 bikes, cornhole and dart board are perfect for trips with the whole family. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! Furniture and décor made from the local Bali Market from repurposed fishing boats!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

0.9 mile walk/ bike ride/drive to the beach (37th ave s public beach access)

0.6 mile to Trader Joes, Target, and Publix, 1.3 miles to Whole Foods

8 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

5.5 miles - 10 Minute drive to TPC Sawgrass

Please note: all modern pool heaters are technically unable to heat water once the outdoor temperature drops below ~55°F. This is a universal equipment limitation, not specific to our property, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly during cooler months.



We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

Getting Around:

If you would like to rent more bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have Uber and Lyft available in this area!



Other Things to Note:

INDEMNIFICATION AND WAIVER: We maintain our property with the utmost care and regard for our guests’ safety. All guests are responsible for their own actions and the actions of any minor children during the course of their stay. Guests assume all risks associated with swimming and should only use the areas that are designated. No diving is permitted



Things to know!

- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.



-Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!



-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
