Shady Oaks is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home designed for comfort and ease, accommodating up to 6 guests. Located just minutes from the Mayo Clinic and close to Jacksonville Beach, this single-level home offers a practical and inviting setting for families, extended stays, or those visiting the area for medical needs.

Sleeping arrangements
Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and a total of 4 beds provide flexibility for groups. The layout is well-suited for families or small groups, with two full bathrooms offering added convenience during your stay.

Living spaces
The home’s interior blends cozy furnishings with a light, beach-inspired feel. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while an HDTV offers a simple way to unwind indoors. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected or work remotely when needed. You’ll also find a free washer and dryer in-unit for added convenience during longer stays.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with a full set of appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker and toaster are available for easy mornings, while the dining table offers a comfortable space to gather for meals.

Self check-in via lockbox allows for a smooth arrival, and the home is equipped with essential safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
