Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical, concerned the house would fall short because pictures can mislead, but this home surpassed my expectations! A stunning home, with terrific, strong bones that opens up to an outdoor gathering space, a lovely pool and spa, just beyond, and a gorgeous beach and ocean view just beyond! I booked the home for a long weekend with family and it was a terrific time, nothing short! Most of our time was spent together in the outdoor gathering space, covered outdoor space with travertine flooring and ample seating. The fireplace was out of service but that was fine. Equally we spent the lion's share of our time on the beach and in the pool which the kind and helpful host Ellen heated for us for a small additional cost. The home is lovely, great construction as aforementioned and designed for the maximization of space. No complaints on the bed. The photos did not do the space justice. Simply a gorgeous home and spot perfect for family gatherings in an excellent location. I did have some spill over regarding room so I put 2 in the Ponte Vedra Inn which is lovely as well. This enabled me to use the Inn and golf course. It is a short walk away. Sawgrass TPC likewise is a short drive. Everything you need is close by. We had a memorable, relaxed, wonderful vacation! Such a beautiful home right on the beach! The home is in a prime neighbirhood.. The hosts were great! We used the heated pool and hot tub our entire trip over Thanksgiving week with the beach water being chilly during that time of year. You will have to pay extra for heating the pool and hot tub, but worth it. The hot tub will be heated only 4 hours a day, so you will have to communicate when you would like to turned on. It was fairly easy to text daily.

Our visit had great weather, relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge with our small family. This property is setup for a few up to many folks with the number of bedrooms and community areas. Every room was decorated nicely, felt extremely comfortable and gave a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely setup another visit in the future. The attention to detail with items for the beach, the kitchen and even some toys for small children were very much appreciated. My wife enjoyed the area so much she is open to moving to the area permanently.

Great home and location

The house has an easy flow, with lots of places to hang out as a group, along with cozy areas to curl up and read. It has easy beach access, with chairs and other toys provided by the host and a great pool to cool off in, if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. The views from the decks are wonderful and the house is in easy reach of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ellen was extremely responsive and quickly dealt with the few issues we had. We will definitely be back.

Another wonderful stay

This was another wonderful experience for us in Ponte Vedra that we plan to return to every year. The house is perfect, located in a central spot with beautiful beaches. The house is gorgeous with full amenities and plenty of room for families. The house is well stocked and full of beach supplies as well as bicycles. We feel so lucky to have found such a gem.

Always a favorite!

We have stayed at this home a few times and it is just as beautiful as the first time we stayed. The home has a great layout with plenty of space while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. Beach access is extremely easy and plenty of chairs are provided. The beach feels private as there are hardly any other people there. It all makes for a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

Family Vacation 2024

The house and property are perfect for a special family trip to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property and it was perfect for our family (including a 3 year old and a 1 year old.). You have great, close access to the very uncrowded and beautiful Ponte Vedra beach and a great pool with full beach view if you choose not to go down to the beach. Everything you need is provided and the owners are excellent to work with. We’ll be back.
