This home was perfect for my family's Spring Break. It had all the amenities we could ask for. I especially loved the fully stocked kitchen, and the kids loved all of the backyard activities. So close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week stay, beach was a quick drive down the street and neighborhood was quiet. Pool water was hotter than a hot tub and an improvement would be to install a cool zone for the hot summer months. Kitchen was adequate to cook meals in and grill worked great for steaks. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Our first time celebrating Thanksgiving away from home. My husband had a big birthday the day before Thanksgiving and we met our son and daughter-in-law in JAX beach to celebrate both. Great house. Plenty of space host family and friends for Thanksgiving, birthday celebrate and a day of football.Excellent and convenient location. Great amenities.

This house meet most of our needs for the trip. The amenities were just as they were shown in the pictures. Even though the home had been upgraded and updated it's still an older home and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. Overall if I had to I would stay here again.

Successful graduation gathering

Everything was as pictured and more! This was a wonderful place to host a gathering for family and friends. This home is equipped with almost everything you will need. The neighborhood is friendly and feels close to everything. Although this home has a brand new air conditioning unit, it did feel warmer upstairs than we would have preferred but all in all it was ok. We would definitely stay here again, as the outside amenities provided so much fun and spaces for all our guests to enjoy. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. The property management team was A++++! They answer all your questions immediately while you’re not there and once you arrive they are quick to adjust any concerns. This was a lovely time for all and I would highly recommend booking it if you are having a large gathering. 😊

TPC Stay

Chose this spot because we were visiting family in Atlantic beach and going to TPC for the Players. The house was perfect for entertains although we did not have time to do so. Property was extremely clean and up to date. The staff was prompt, and lovely. Will definitely return next time!
