It was not handicapped accessible. Breakfast area could not accommodate my wheelchair. My room was not accessible. They said no ocean front rooms was accessible. This is against civil rights. I want a full refund. Should have been told when reservations made. Am filing civil rights complaints with the city of Jacksonville beach. Very sad.

Loved the location of this hotel! Right next to the beach. The staff was great, and I loved the fresh cookies every night. Only thing not great was a low-pressure, lukewarm shower.

The room was clean, check in/out was easy, love the privacy you have on the balcony, and the beds were comfy (not hard and springy);however, we skipped the breakfast. Down side is it is $12 for parking.
