Close to restaurants and coffee. Found our favorite The Bold Bean. King bed was comfy. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed.Good furniture, nice master bath. Good kitchen except for Teflon pans. Beach chairs and towels. Lots of areas to access beach. Recommend walking to the beach access South towards Ponte Vedra. We would return.

Our host was available for communication and was responsive to requests. Vicki provided good recommendations for local area restaurants and nightlife. The proximity and convenience to the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and short walk to the beach. I appreciated having coffee available. Great stay at Jax Beach. Short 3 block walk to the beach. The garden shed had 3 backpack chairs that we took each day and they worked just fine. I'd suggest bringing a backpack cooler since there wasn't a beach cart and everything had to be carried to and from the beach. There are some beach bags in the house that we filled with towels, snacks, etc...The pier is only 1.5 miles away with a lot of restaurants and night life. Vicki was great at accommodating us and even moved dates around when I messed up our booking days.

We loved the location. I don’t think we could have found any thing more than this…. PERFECT.The house itself is a cozy little beach house and the perfect size for a family. The patios and large windows were perfect and brought in so much light… Viki and Steve were very responsive and so willing to help. We appreciate their concern for our comfort. All stars for amazing host!Just one thing that would make this THE perfect place would be that the place needs update… Everything works well but it is dated. Especially the kitchen utensils! Just a little update in Kitchen and Bathroom supplies would make this place perfect like the hosts themselves

Excellent as always!!!

We come here and stay for about a week every summer that we get the chance to and we will continue to do so! It’s truly unmatched. It’s always clean, the beds are incredible, the pond and park across the street has become so special to our family. Our kids love it so much! It’s a very short walk to the beach. Very close to grocery stores or anything else you could need. Vicki is always very sweet and helpful! She’s easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and eager to fix any issues is they arise! (They typically do not. ) I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We just got home and are ready to go back! Thanks again, Vicki.

Short walk to beautiful beach

Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to a CVS and a few restaurants. This is the first Vrbo where I needed to provide luandry deterget. But we were not asked to do any laundry before we left. Enjoyed our trip but could have done without finding your Trump sign on display in the shed. Your political views have no buisiness being part of our family vacation.

The house has a great layout and location (3 block walk to the beach). It was very clean other than some sand in the twin beds. A few small upgrades would make a huge difference. For example, having a bar or hook next to the sink for a hand towel in the master bath, allowing hot water for the washing machine, having an outdoor shower instead of just a hose, and providing extra towels. There was only 1 kitchen towel and 3 beach towels when we arrived (for 5 guests). I think 2 beach towels per person is the bare minimum that should be provided. We had to use bath towels the first morning and we got poured on, so we would have had no dry towels for the afternoon. Luckily, Viki was very responsive and sent over extra towels that same day. There were some old sunscreens in the bathrooms that expired years ago, so make sure to bring your own! Overall, a good value for a "bare bones" type of rental.

Amazing location. Close to beach and close to restaurants/stores. We loved being right around the corner from the beach. We have a young baby and that was essential with all the beach stuff we have. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and so cute and had everything I needed! I loved how close it was to the beach, but it also felt very private. Communication was perfect, and I appreciated so much that Vicki worked with us on the check out situation so we could have extra time before our flight. Would definitely recommend!!!
