Welcome to our beautiful home located in Atlantic Beach! Our home is perfectly located, central to Hanna Park, Beaches, Preserves, Fishing, Restaurants, and other activities. This Beachy retreat in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is near Hanna Park and Beaches Town Center, the heart of Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach. Down the street from Dutton Island Preserve and Donner Park, which boasts a premier pickle ball presence.
The space
Our inviting house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful living room with a fireplace. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, making them the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach, exploring the preserves, or playing some pickleball at the areas premier pickleball courts.The tranquil backyard is ready for relaxing when you return from the beach, featuring a fire pit, yard games and grill to compliment a fun getaway. We also have yard games like Cornhole, Giant Connedt 4, Large Jenga, and Spike Ball!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, or take advantage of the cool evenings and dine in our charming outdoor dining area. In the living room, you'll find plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. And, if you need to catch up on some work or browse the internet, we've got you covered with high-speed WiFi.
