Capps on the Intracoastal Water is an all time top- of-the-list for everything. Usually a wait, but the view while you wait is worth it. You can also order drinks & food (apps) while you wait. Bars (3) are open seating. Be sure to go the the very far back bar as first choice. Sunsets! Like your condo oceanfront sunrise.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Grocery stores and Target close. Bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. Beach was not crowded, quiet and relaxing. The beach access was just as close as it looks in pictures. The sunrise from the living room and sunroom was spectacular every day. Host checked in to make sure all was acceptable when we arrived and when she heard the condos had had some water pressure issues even though we did not experience any issues with water pressure. Look forward to staying at this property again.

A Healing Oasis by the Beach – Perfect for Mayo Clinic Visitors

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property was incredibly well-stocked and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The porch quickly became our favorite spot—we spent every evening there watching the sun set over the ocean. It was the kind of peace and beauty you don’t realize you need until you have it.The private beach was absolutely pristine—quiet, clean, and calming. It was a true retreat.We were in town for appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and while the Clinic spoke to my physical health, coming “home” to this property each day was what my soul needed. It gave me space to rest, reflect, and truly feel at ease during a challenging time.The location is also incredibly convenient to the Mayo Clinic, making it an ideal choice for out-of-town patients looking for somewhere serene and off-campus to stay. I plan to book this property again for future visits—it was everything I hoped for and more.Sincere thank you to the host for providing an amazing space, excellent communication and having literally everything we needed.

A wonderful property and spectacular location. Steps to the sand, a porch to relax and listen to the waves and watch the sunrise. Comfortable accomodations, everything we needed was provided plus a few bonus items. Great communication with Donna. We could not have been more pleased!

Amazing ocean view and access

We enjoyed every moment here. We did a 6 mile walk on the beach each morning. Saw royal terns and pelicans. The sky was gorgious. Everyone we met on the beach seemed to have a dog. Lovely. Donna our host was wonderful.

Love this place!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The beautiful view and ability to walk straight out to the beach is just one of the reason I would want to stay here whenever I am in the area. The apartment is extremely clean, has beautiful decor, and is very quiet, not to mention one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Donna is the ultimate hostess, making sure your stay is worry free. The multiple amenities and extras Donna provides eliminates those frequent trips to the store to get those small things needed when traveling. We hope to visit again soon!

Donna was the best host you could ask for. The communication was quick and always helpful. The Condo is as good as it gets!! The photos don't do it justice, even thought they are excellent.
