Furnished with kids and babies in mind - we provide pack and play, baby tub, high chairs, beach toys and shade, etc - just bring the whole family for a relaxing getaway.

This is our personal vacation home that we share with our extended family and friends, and we are so thrilled to share it with other guests on Airbnb for part of the year!

Inside, you’ll find high speed internet, chromecast TVs to stream anything from your phone, a game room with a foosball table + pool table + darts + board games, a coffee bar, cookwares and utensils, and plenty of space to hang out / eat / chill / whatever you’re in the mood for. When you’re ready to venture outside, we are only a 10-minute walk from the beach. Throw the beach gear into our wagon, soak up all the sun and sand by the ocean, rinse off with the outdoor shower when you return, and spend the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Or, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. Or get a bike rental dropped off at the house and explore town. The options are endless.

Having traveled with young children, we highly value a well-stocked kid-friendly vacation rental. We’ve included in this house with a variety of baby/kid gear so you don’t have to bring them :-)

Bedroom 1: owners suite has a queen bed, a lounge chair that pulls out into a twin sleeper, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower. This room also has balcony access.
Bedroom 2: queen bed.
Bedroom 3: queen bed.
Bedroom 4: 3 twin beds. This is the only room that does not have space to accommodate an additional pack and play.
Bedroom 5: daybed that can either be a twin or extends to queen size.

We will be sharing a guest manual with more details about the home, as well as our favorite foods and things to do in the area after booking. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Great stay at Jacksonville beach

This beach house was perfect for our stay with family and children. There was lots of space for play, especially the fenced in back yard and the game room. Our little ones loved it. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, but not to close. We loved the beach wagon for going around the neighborhood. Thanks so much

Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacksonville Beach. The home was nicely decorated and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the gas fire pit. We were very close to the beach and just a short drive to local shopping and restaurants.

To start. The communication was great. Welcome email and prompt response from owner. The house was large and plenty of indoor and fenced outdoor space for us all. Clean, game room, close to the beach, and enough driveway parking for all 5 cars. Close to everything our group wanted to do and easy trip to beach, bars and food. We will be back for sure.

Jags Game With Friends

A group of us traveled down from SC to see the Jags play! This home was spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the entertainment room however the pool table and supplies need some attention, as well as the dart board. (Things were broken). No big deal. We spent most of our time bar hopping at Jax Beach. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Home, attentive property owner

I held a team retreat for my employees. I was drawn to this home as it looked so welcoming and could easily accommodate our group. The home was in excellent order and really even better than the photos described. Lydia was a wonderful host quick to reply to any questions or concerns I encountered even before booking. Nice house, walkable to the beach

House had everything needed, clean with beach towels too. Billiards table was nice for the kids to spend some time on. Only issue was door code didn't work at first and we had to stand around for 10 minutes while that was sorted.
