Great location, comfortable beds, and a very clean home! The host was quick to communicate and incredibly flexible when we had to shorten our trip unexpectedly, which we truly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Jacksonville!

The house is really nice, great setup. The neighborhood is up and coming. Only downside was that the backyard was a bit muddy and we never did let our dog outback, walked her in the neighborhood instead. Great walking area with nice sidewalks. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jax. We were super close to tasty bistros and coffee shops. The house was nice spacious with a great outdoor area. We were really appreciative that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The neighbors were very nice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Charming Home in Springfield District

This house was perfect for our family. This beautiful home is immaculately kept and brilliantly decorated. The cookware and appliances provided were perfect for the nights we cooked at home. The house is stocked with games, books, magazines and toys so that all age groups would have entertainment. The dogs loved exploring the back yard. We were able to enjoy daily walks and there are shops, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. Lots of nicely added touches that you'd never find at the local hotel. The host was great at communicating & made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this host for your stays.

Wonderful Rental - with charming front balcony!

We loved the house and it worked perfectly for our extended stay in Jacksonville. A new job has us splitting our time in JAX. The location was convenient to downtown and cute local restaurants, as well as being centrally-located as we did some house hunting.Great communication with the host and the house had everything we needed and more. It was only 2 of us, but the home can easily accommodate a large group. I loved relaxing on the front balcony in the evening. I highly recommend this host and we wouldn't hesitate to re-book this location again in the future, as we are still looking for a place to buy. Thanks so much!

A special stay

I was very grateful for the host letting me use their house for a small get together. The communication was top tier, the house was super clean, and absolutely gorgeous. Honestly i had an amazing time! I didn’t want to leave it a mess which i hope i didn’t, and the neighbors were really sweet too.
