Rm 227 shower was busted on the back wall , front desk male rude . They stole my cake that was left on the desk. Not clean . They clean when I wasn’t in the room and took my cake . Also we gotten stuck in the elevator for like 15-20mins . I really didn’t have a good stay here and wish I could get my refund .. I’ll stay here again . Don’t ask the front desk clerk anything . He will walk off .

the room was somewhat clean. the floors should have been cleaned. check in was less than desirable because i specifically stated that i needed adjourning room and was confirmed in my reservation, and they wanted to charge me extra for that. the shower had mold in the corners. breakfast staff were OUTSTANDING!!!!.

No curtain, only a blind on window. I was on the 1st floor and felt like people could see in plus it was bright in room at night from outside lights than in the day time. Every time you go to from desk there is a sign “be back 5-10 minutes “. My friend walked into a dirty room and had to be changed.

As a travel nurse and avid traveler, I have stayed in many hotels. This, by far, was the most HORRIBLE stay I have ever had at any hotel in my life. I booked here because I assumed that Wyndham had a decent reputation. Upon entering the room, it smelled like mold. The carpet and side of the bed had large stains, and the bathroom was dirty with hair left in the sink. I asked to change rooms, and when I returned from dinner to go to sleep, the bed in the new room had 2 LIVE INSECTS on the sheets. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel just to get a couple of hours of rest before getting back on the road. The front desk staff was rude and unconcerned regarding the issues in both rooms. I also asked to speak with the hotel manager (Jamie Ferguson), who informed me that the general manager (Kenny) "said that there can be no compensation for the stay". She also stated that she could not provide the contact information for "Kenny". I would not advise ANYONE to book here, and I will never book with Wyndham again going forward.
