The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. However the hallway getting to the room was really small and it made it quite difficult if you had to use the luggage cart. Additionally the only elevator seemed like it had seen better days and could use some maitenence. Other than that the room was spacious and clean

We arrived for our room about 10pm and were greeted by such a vibrant sweet girl at the front desk! She was so fun and welcoming to our family. She had just returned home from her own vacation/honeymoon and told us this was her first shift back. Breakfast the following morning very good, nice selection.

All very good except no airport shuttle.

Loved the clean, quiet outdoor pool! Staff was very attentive. My room and my whole stay in general met completely with what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Excellent! The only issue is that their website says they have an airport shuttle, which they do not. Thankfully I called ahead to ask and was able to get an Uber.
