They said i had to pay for breakfast, i was outside of my room at 2am they could not fix the problem and i neve got another key to my room couldn't get bk into my room because key did not work even after trying it 3 times at 130am that morning trying to go lay down qnd get rest

The check in was nice and so was the room. The shower on the other hand was not clean, not even hosed off. There were lots of tiny hairs, most likely pubic, gross for a Hilton affiliate. Have stayed here before and never have I encountered that. Definitely will not stay here again. Front desk just said “sorry, let us know if there are any other issues”.

The hotel could be quite nice the front desk staff and restaurant staff were lovely. However despite repeatedly notifying the front desk the housekeeping staff never came to clean our room during out 3 night stay We had to get towels from the front desk and tried to get coffee pods for the morning but they had none It was disappointing for a Hilton property. I saw paperwork at the front desk indicating that our room had received “full service”. Had they ever come in they would have found the tip left each day on the bed pillows but no one ever did

The rooms are not as clean as they should be. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a while, you can tell because of rings inside of the toilet….And Dog or Cat hair is every where.

The hotel had a smell as if there were sewer issues on the first floor. The first room I was assigned had hair in the shower floor and sink. The air vent was full of dust and lent. I was very disappointed. Thankfully we were moved to another room but was not offered any compensation for our inconvenience for having been placed in an unsafe environment.

The room was spotless and perfect, with everything in order. The only incident was a smoke bomb that was set off during an event. That being said, the attendant Tabitha handled it like a champ for all of the concerned customers. My hat is off to you for having employees like her on duty when there is a crisis situation

Room service did not stop by, the cleaner in the hall had no towels, he called for towels then I called for towels, she said there were none downstairs, waited 45 minutes, and never received them. I went to the second floor to ask that cleaner and she was no where to be found, I just took some out of a dirty room. I don’t even understand why she had alol the clean towels and all of her rooms was still dirty. Clean towels on the shelf with dirty on the floor and a guest waiting for towels.! Make it make sense.! Then it was a dog barking like crazy and when we reported it they said no one had checked in with a dog. It stopped for 1 night and was back the next day. The room furniture had stains everywhere and I move the coffee maker and it was full of dirt.! Horrible experience won’t be there again.!

At check in, the attendant seemed distracted and gave me conflicting information and was finally able to check me in. The room door would not lock and a maintenance came while we were gone and removed all the insides of the lock. It would then lock from the outside but not inside. We asked for another room and received one. This morning, I realized the electrical outlet near the coffee pot was broken so I moved the coffee pot to another outlet but it still wouldn't work. I really expected better from a Hilton and was greatly disappointed.

Parking was very crowded and there was a couple of major events in the area that led to many people being inconsiderate in how they parked. The lobby area was very noisy due to people gathering to drink/celebrate their teams victory. Water pressure was quite low on the fourth floor and the bathroom was not fresh. I expected better.

I stayed Friday to Sunday and I asked for my room to be cleaned and no one cleaned it Saturday morning. Everyone I came across said it wasn’t on their list. I asked one of the young ladies for towels and she said ok and I never got them. I called the front desk Saturday asking for towels and she said when maintenance came she would tell them. I called her back later that evening and she said maintenance didn’t come and she would find someone but I never heard back. So I just used the towels I had already used and put on the floor cause I thought once I came back my room would be clean. This isn’t my first time staying here. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and never had this problem. Then there was strings of hair left on the bathroom floor and in the shower.
