Booked a double and got there they didnt have it available. Not only did the site take the payment the hotel never called to tell me they didnt have the room availability. It takes 3 weeks to refund if they do. Looked inside the room they had available and it had bed bugs on the bed bug protectors (thats how bad it was). THE SMELL WAS NOTICED OUTSIDE THE DOOR....

On Expedia’s app there was a sign saying or telling you “ You only pay the price you see here.” That’s simply a lie. I paid everything online. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay $5.35 because I was only staying one night & that it’s something the Hotel puts on you. I took a queen room instead of a king @ 3:00 pm because it was going to take them 20 to 30 mins to make up the bed & hang a shower curtain. Room 129 the TV did not work & there were no dang towels.
