This woman that checked us in was crazy...please read reviews on this place...saying she is as unhinged as a storm door in a hurricane... She basically threw us out when we commented room had a bad odor and wanted another room... Please refund our money

Left a day early, place should be condemned, absolutely filthy, out let in bath room didn’t work, it was GFI outlet with wires hanging out of it, pubic hairs all over bathroom, bed spread just covered in thick dog hair, dog fecies outside everywhere, I can go on and on, I have pictures, I’m calling the board of health for sure

Nobody at the desk. You have to call a phone number and wait for them to show up. Then she gave us a key to a room that she knew did not work well. Just take the time to change the door knob (lazy) got locked inside for a few minutes and took forever to try to get it while nobody is in the office

Great pet friendly option to stay close to skiing, hiking, shopping and more! Lobby was cozy and great to hang out in. Rooms had what you needed with a nice river overlook. Service was friendly and prompt. Coffee and continental breakfast choices were great. Great value and convenience.

Location, location...this place was great! It is an older hotel, so it has old carpet, old tile, that old hotel smell...but it was clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, they made coffee and snacks avaiable in the lobby all day. It was right across the street from a good restaurant. It was righr next door to the Jackson covered bridge. They had chairs, a firepit, a swing, a kids playground, all in the back along a beautiful river! And it only a 15 minute drive to the Mt Washington road to the top, less to a beautiful waterfall, and a short drive to many sites, including Willie's House. Modern, no, but We loved it!
