Management would not work with me when I was not able to stay the night I booked due to major highways being shut down for a major ice storm. I literally could not get there due to the weather and they charged me anyway, wouldn’t even do a partial refund, though I called at check in time to cancel. Staff were not willing to work with me.

Across the street from the nightmare hotel—the Red Roof Inn—I decided to stay here instead, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was very nice and clean, and honestly, I was impressed, especially considering the area I was in. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very nice and served between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.; it was decent and much appreciated. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would gladly return.

The indoor pool that was listed, does not exist. They only have a small, seasonal outdoor pool. The rooms are small but nice. Staff was nice. The locked gates around the hotel for guests only was interesting.
