This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. The host (Emre) really makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. My room as well as the common areas were stunning and beautifully curated. The area is safe, yet bustling and undoubtedly one of my favourite areas of Istanbul. Getting to the main attractions is also quite easy with the ferry so close by. There’s also plenty to experience in the neighbourhood itself. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Istanbul.

Tilas House was conveniently located, was super comfy and clean. Emre as a host had excellent customer service and had a number of great suggestions for places to visit. The convenience of a kitchen was greatly appreciated and gave us the comfort of home while on vacation. We hope to visit again and strongly recommend this place.

A warm house at the heart of Istanbul

We stayed 3 nights at Tilas House and are delighted of our journey. We really felt like at home, since we could use the common rooms of the hotel and have a nice chat with the owners. I highly recommend this place for people who like to rest after a long day of tourism and don’t want to feel like a number in a big building.
