Worst hotel I have seen, super dirty, shower was clogged and just a very bad experience, it’s not in a good neighborhood, stay away.

Be Careful Here

At first this was a nice stay but quickly turned sour. I was given the option to change rooms and was at first told it was no extra charge (also note that the other room on Hotels.com was the exact same price for the room next door). Later decided we wanted to move to that one but they would charge me 20€ each extra day there instead of the same price. I accepted begrudgingly. I want to note the large number of bugs that were constantly present in the rooms going into our things. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Luckily no one was in the room next to us till the end, couldn’t sleep properly after that. They even offered to bribe us in a number of ways to ensure they didn’t get a bad review. Makes me question how many times something like this has happened and people accepted the bribe to give an artificial higher rating. I don’t recommend the basement suites. It might be better higher up (ie. not as many bugs maybe). Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but others not so much. I hope you get the friendly ones.

The property was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The two gentlemen on the front desk were friendly and most helpful. Would recommended this as a stay for proximity to Taskim square 2 minute walk.
