The highlight of a stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus hotel has to be breakfast. To sit at the water’s edge in Europe looking across to Asia is a unique experience. The food is plentiful and excellent, the staff friendly but professional. The only fly in the ointment during this stay were some other guests who behaved like hunter-gatherers piling a table with cakes, fruit, even omelettes that were left uneaten, but wasted in a table of melon pieces squashed strawberries and patisseries. That, of course is not the fault of the hotel and I would add that we have stayed here many times and this was the first time we encountered the caveman family. Even here, the staff were brilliant.

Staff were great. The netted curtains were dirty the windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. I was moved to another room which had the same problem but I did not bother complaining further. Hotel location is excellent.
