Overrated hotel! Not worth the price!

The property is extremely far and they don’t provide any transportation to get to the hotel. The rooms are new and clean but very small that there was no room to even put our luggage. They finally gave us a bigger room with an extra bed and they wanted to charge us for that. The manager ok’ed that we didn’t have to pay extra. The sink in the bathroom was like from a playhouse! I had to put my head under the closet when I brushed my teeth to be able to s put into the sink. Otherwise I’d be spitting on myself! The breakfast was ok but lacked a lot. It was buffet style although everything was limited. I asked for butter on the first day and they said there is no butter because no one uses it! I said I’d like some and even told the manager the next day, but they couldn’t even give us 2 small tubs of butter in the 3 days we stayed there. Also our room was never made in 3 days. I gave the key for them to clean the room and when I came back at night, it was still a mess. The beds were not even made. When I asked why, they said the cleaning lady went in but when she saw our belongings were out she decided not to clean the room! I guess you need to pack your luggage everyday for them to clean the room. Anyway Lamiya at reception was nice and she tried her best to help. Ebru, the manager was also nice but did not do anything about our complaints.

Konaklamak için güzel ancak Kahvaltı beklenti olmasın. Kahvaltı olmasa daha iyi. Akşam için aç gelmemelisiniz yada gece acıkmayın yoksa çarşıya gitmeniz gerekir. Onun harici keyifli bir odada kaldık. Temizliği güzel

Wenn ich ein Zeugnis ausstellen müsste, dann würde es heißen „Sie waren stets bemüht“!!! Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht, es Richtig zu machen, allerdings waren Sie heillos mit insgesamt 3 Personen, für diese gesamte Hotelanlage überfordert! Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Man muss bei diesem Konzept jeden Tag nach Reinigung fragen, ansonsten passiert nichts. Da es auf der Insel keine wirklichen Alternativen gibt, muss man sich mit dem Gegebenheiten abfinden. Diese Hotelanlage hat sehr viel Potential, allerdings muss sehr viel Geld investiert werden!!! Das Personal besser geschult bzw. Ausgebildet werden……..

Beklentilere ve fiyata uymuyor

Otel çalışanları İngilizce konuşmuyordu ve başka bir odaya taşınma talebine reddettiler. Noya Beach'e olan vaat edilen servis minibüsü yoktu, otel, plaj ve bar aynı adı taşımasına rağmen plaj misafirlere ücretsiz değildi, sadece indirimliydi. Plaj havluları hakkında sorulan soruya cevap olarak "Hayır, bu sizin sorumluluğunuz, bizim değil" denildi. Her şey normaldi, ancak bu otel kesinlikle paraya değmez.
