It is worth pointing out that the 'ten restaurants' listed for this hotel in its details, are actually other businesses nearby in the town. Not a problem for us, as we were happy to walk, have a drink & get some supper elsewhere. Breakfast was fine & was as described. We were pleased to be offered the airport transfer bus & everything worked well, in spite of our delayed arrival at Istanbul International airport.

Kind of new hotel with some rooms in the basement. We stayed there our last night in Istanbul to be somewhat close to the airport. Guy in charge was very curt while the girl tried to be more soft and smily. Breakfast was included, we were asked what time we would eat and I estimated 8am, however felt a bit sick and went for breakfast at 8:30am

The hotel is close to the airport. The airport transfer van is very comfortable, and the driver was extremely nice. The hotel is functional. Our room didn’t have a blackout curtain, which would have been a problem had we been trying to sleep until a normal time. I think my credit card number got stolen twice while booking this hotel - first when I made the booking in hotels.com and then again after my trip.

The room we booked AC wasn't working and we got transferred to a partner hotel. That hotel room was missing all towels, the wifi didn't reach and had very thin walls. We could clear hear the TV from the adjacent room all night and the noise from outside was so loud it sounded like all the windows were fully open. The hotel did not have any breakfast services even though the listing noted them. Not worth the price book with a cheaper hotel. Hotel shuttle is around 3x the cost of a cab

Terrible place to stay in! The photos and the reviews are fake! They have few rooms that most of them are in the basement! Very noisy and dirty place! The staff is unfriendly, rude and irrespecutful! The breakfast is very poor with no any choice , only one poor plate! Never stay in that place

About what you expect from a value airport hotel. Our room was in the basement and the road noise above was pretty loud with thin glass. Was nice to have an airport transport at 4:30AM for only 20€. (Note they only take cash for transport if you decide to take it). There are some reasonably priced restaurants nearby that are walkable too.

Great place to stay and rest between flights if you have a long layover in Istanbul. Quiet and comfy. It’s within 10-15 min drive from Istanbul airport. There is a menu in the room, so if you are too tired to leave the hotel to get food, you can get delivery to your room. The hotel staff is super friendly. The only thing why I removed one star is that there was missing one shower door in my room, so it wasn’t very comfortable to take shower.

I paid for a deluxe room with twin bed , but was given a very small room with one bed . I should be given the correct room when I checked in ! Only when I went back to the reception did they give back the correct room type
