From the photos the lobby area looked like different rooms. Unpon arrival you find it’s one big open plan area with the reception. The room size for what we booked was okay, but the bed sheets were ripped (not ripped through but had abrasions to the outside of the sheets. The bathroom was very poor the toilet seat was loose, marked on the outside and the seat had not been fully cleaned as it has urine residue still on it. The AC is controlled by the front desk which is very bizzar. And the mini fridge is a glass panel with no way to turn off the light so we covered it with a towel.

I had a good experience, in general. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This place offers food from restaurant and delivers to your room. 8 did not use their shuttle service, but ordered Uber instead. The area around this hotel was not much developed. I did not take my chances walking around.

Hotel barely - and reception involved in taxi scam

Stay was fine for quick stop. The room was dirty (found nuts and other junk on the floor). Biggest issue was the taxi transportation scam. Hotel reception offered shuttle, and “warned” us of taxi scams. But we decided to take the taxi. However, when we got in the taxi - we could see the taxi driver was calling Mr Kerin from the hotel personally and of course we got overcharged. It was clear after the fact that the hotel man works with some of the taxi drivers for a kick back. The taxi was 200 Lire more than it should have been, and driver had started the meter for quite a while before we got into the car (we entered the car and the meter was already at 162.5 TL, should have been 42-62). The hotel should check to see if there is funny business between the guy at reception and the taxi drivers. He pretends to be helpful - it he is actually scamming you.
