The quality of the room and property was very poor. And the first room they put us in was a maze to get to up various flights of stairs and the staff seemed confused why 2 girls with large luggage wouldn’t like this experience. I expect a lot more out of a Sheraton, regardless of where it’s at but this rating is agnostic and indicative that I think a holiday inn is much better than this hotel

Location was very good. Check-in and lobby staff were helpful. Although property has a pleasant layout and good location it is poorly maintained and the furnishings and appointments are tired and badly in need of a refresh. Breakfast buffet is served 6:30 to 10:30. We went at 9:00. Entire display was picked over and sorely in need of tiding up and replenishment, but by far the worst was the myriad of ants crawling around the food counters. Poorest breakfast buffet we have encountered in over 30 years of travel.

Of all my years of being an Expedia Traveler, I have never experienced such a terrible experience as my stay at this hotel. I hired their transfer service from the airport. The directions where to be picked up were outdated, no way to contact the hotel as they posted an old phone number that is Out of Service, no way to communicate with the hotel. Even on their Web Page the phone number was wrong. A very aggressive driver who spent most of the time with his phone on his hand finally arrived and took us to the hotel. Upon arrival, I found a deserted hotel with no activity at all, just the front desk clerk, with a very poor attitude. I was then informed the we need it to pay 49 Euros for our toy Yorkshire Terrier, not a deposit, but a cleaning fee. That happened to be the highest fee that we have paid in Europe. There are Pet Friendly hotels that provided us with food & water dishes for our small dog as well as a bed for her. Although the hotel was LITERALLY EMPTY, the clerk send us in a very long walk with carpet hallways that we wish we did not steeped onto. Most door entrances has soil carpet stains. The Restaurant…. A total Rip Off with a local glass of wine costing 35 Euros and a cut of meet that was sent back to the kitchen. Preparing ourselves for a 14 hour flight, we hit the shower just to find it full of black fungus due to the lack of cleaning. I would strongly recommend to the EXPEDIA QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, to remove this property.

Friendly helpful team - perfect for a layover

Great staff, super accommodating and friendly. We stayed with a toddler and a dog for one night ahead of a flight from Istanbul airport. They arranged our transfer, helped with luggage and logistic, and were warm, helpful, and kind. While we didn’t stay long, it’s a beautiful property with great outdoor space.

First of all, I hope you take these comments into consideration. Criticism and comments are very useful as long as they are not used in an offensive manner. Bedroom - a beautiful sofa would suit such a large room. Durbun distance between TV and bed Pillows are two very inadequate. A small coffee table was needed for the balcony and its cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast - poor cheese varieties and pastries could have been a little more diverse. Melon and watermelon are indispensable breakfast fruits. His absence became longer. There were no sweeteners, cutlery and napkins on the tables. The staff's lack of Turkish was causing minor disagreements. Since the taxi service does not come from the village or nearby, it is not very fair to charge the extra money (around 300 TL) to the customer. This is an issue that your hotel needs to agree on..
