we left after one night, the rooms were dirty and smelly and even after being moved rooms we still found emergency accomodation as we had a small child with us and it was not safe to keep here there in these conditions.

I booked a room online, and got totally different one on the ground floor “although i requested online to be on the 2nd floor” When I asked about other available rooms, they offered other rooms with higher prices “although I already booked the room”. No parking spots, the road to reach there is closed with cars “If you are coming by taxi you will need to hold your luggage up the stairs” - more than 30 stairs. I also asked for refund excluding the first night and they rejected.

An okay experience!

The hotel offered a mixed experience. The room was spacious and featured a cozy sitting area, a positive aspect. However, several significant drawbacks detracted from the overall stay. The hotel's cleanliness and appearance did not align with the outdated website photos. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, and the shower cabin was old and not very clean. Additionally, the wardrobe in my room was broken. Another issue was the lack of an elevator. Guests had to climb over 60 stairs outside the building each time they returned. Those in rooms on higher floors faced even more stairs within the hotel. The strong smell of cigarettes in the mornings was also bothersome, even for a non-smoker like myself. On the last night, the heating was turned off, which felt inconsiderate given the cold winter weather, despite the mostly sunny days since January 1st. The hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. I'm confident I can find much better options for my next visit to Beşiktaş, a neighborhood I quite enjoyed.

This hotel was very low quality as far as amenities goes but the staff was great and tried to accommodate everything we asked for. There was mold and a weird smell but I think that’s just from being old. It’s not a hotel I wud choose again but the staff really tried to help us
