The hotel felt a bit dated and though the room was large with a balcony, it looked out on the rooftops of other buildings. No real view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sultania. The hotel was a bit less luxury than we thought from the website, but the room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect if, like us, you want to be able to visit and revisit the old city and its monuments. What makes the Sultania stand out is the staff - they could not have been more helpful, from making bookings and answering questions to seeming genuinely pleased to see us as we came and went. I hope to be back very soon!

The bed was very comfortable. The included buffet breakfast was phenomenal really delicious lots of variety, and the staff in the dining room was very attentive and available. The hotel staff altogether were just wonderful people. They were friendly. They were helpful.
