Au moment de l'enregistrement au niveau de la réception j'ai présenté ma réservation, le réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il n y a pas de place, que l'hôtel est complet il faut revenir demain. Après un long voyage et en arrivant pour se reposer vous entendez un truc pareil c'est vraiment bizarre et décevant. Donc j'ai dû partir pour chercher un un autre hôtel avec mes valises finalement j'ai trouvé et j'ai passé mon séjour dans un autre hôtel que je n'ai pas réservé avec hôtel.com. j'ai constaté hôtel.com par téléphone pour signaler le problème et pour savoir la raison du réceptionniste pour ne pas accepter ma réservation malheureusement j'ai pas eu de réponse.
