The hotel rooms and staff were excellent. The rooms were extremely clean well equipped. The only issue we had was that the building AC was set to 30 degrees Celsius, and it was either on or off with no way of adjusting the temperature. It was quite a warm day and even with the AC off and window open the rooms were just too hot. At night we were unable to leave the window open to let in cool air because of the loud traffic noise. We ended up moving to another room on the quieter side of the hotel. I’d like to emphasis that the staff were excellent and were very helpful about this issue.
