We enjoyed our 4 night stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property is well located for lots of the main sights.

Location was great but we had multiple issues. The first being we booked a junior suite and when we arrived, we were placed in a tiny room with maybe 1 foot around the side of the bed. We couldn’t even open our suitcase. The hotel did move us the next day to a larger room (the junior suite we booked) but they did not refund us any money. Also we booked a massage with them and at the end of our day their card machine wasn’t working and they only would take cash which we didn’t have… it ended up not being a great experience. Breakfast was mediocre. We showed up around 9:30am most mornings and there was hardly any hot food… the eggs were out most mornings. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. Especially when the hotel makes a mistake with our booking and doesn’t try to make it right in any way.

Room was very clean, the bathroom a bit outdated, excellent staff working in hotel. The location is perfect, we can reach most attractions by walking in old town. The cafe that the machine makes is really bad but there are other options for drinking, orange juice for example, so overall it was a good stay.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the major attractions. The area is quiet at night and safe to walk around late. All the staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us fresh milk for tea ! With a lactose allergy we asked for soya milk on our first day but on the third day of asking we gave up. Other than this it was a lovely place to stay. It is well worth having the balcony as the views are beautiful.

Excellent boutique hotel with very helpful staff. Great location for historic sites and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a little heavy on salads, olives and other foods better suited for lunch, but still had enough options for a good breakfast. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.
