Nice hotel, good location

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Erten Konak. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the garden courtyard was lovely in the mornings. The hotel has a lot of character, our room was quite small and could do with a fresh coat of paint as the walls were peeling. The bed was also quite rickety. Breakfast is provided in the morning which was nice, quite simple though, a little more variety would be great. The hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions in Sultanahmet which we loved. Overall we felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

Relaxing hotel with friendly staff

After a bit of a struggle to find this hotel, it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. It’s a gorgeous old house, furnished with love and care. The dining room is in a glass house so you can see the sky whilst being warm. The staff wanted me to feel like home and were wry nice people. I loved my room as everything about it was so comfortable. I particularly loved the old writing desk. I beautiful home away from home.

Close to everything in Sultanahmet

Wifi connection only in the lobby- but that was manageable. Good breakfast.
