Staff was extremely rude and tried to scam me for an adapter to connect my American ports into. I asked a staff member if they had one and he said he can sell me one for around 200 TL, and then when I asked a different staff member for an adapter he had just pulled one right from the desk. The AC in the room also did not function, and the room was pretty small, barely fit 2 people. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is next to the main tram line T1 in Istanbul which is a tourist godsend and 10mins easy walk to the nearest M2 metro station. Grand Bazaar a couple of hundred yards away and most of the main tourist attractions are at most 10-15mins walk from the hotel - or 2-3mins on the T1. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the breakfast could have been more plentiful

Perfect Family Hotel

3rd time in Istanbul and throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Family of 4 we had the corner connecting rooms (110 & 111) which was perfect for our stay. One room had a king bed and the other had 2 singles. 2 bathrooms with a small lobby/passage area in between. Rooms were spacious enough and were cleaned daily. We didnt have breakfast. Location wise perfect, 2/3 nin walk to beyazit tram stop and 10-15 min walk to blue mosque. A plethora of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful, although i didnt appreciate being asked for a tip by the chap who took our luggage down on checkout. Would I recommend? Yes for sure

Kısa süreli konaklasam da otelden gerçekten memnun kaldım. Odalar gayet temiz. Hijyen açısından hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Lobide bulunan Starbucks hoş bir dokunuş olmuş, kahve ya da kısa bir atıştırmalık için güzel bir imkan sunuyor. Otel konumu ise mükemmel, toplu taşıma araçlarına çok yakın. Turistik alanlara otelden yürüyerek bile ulaşılabiliyor zaten. Açık büfe kahvaltı servisi veriliyor. Odalarda QR kodlu bir menü de var, yemek ve Starbucks'tan kahve vb. direk odaya söylenilebiliyor. Bina ve oda/eşyalar eski değil, düzenli ve temiz. Personel ise gayet yardımsever ve ilgili, sorun çözümüne ve memnuniyete odaklı. Özellikle Hüseyin Bey'e ve Hakkı'ya teşekkür ederim. Konaklama için kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir tesis.
