This wasn’t a 4 star hotel. Amenities are limited! Very small breakfast area and always condensed. Very limited breakfast options. It is off the main street and very noisy. Triple room is not good because the third bed is a futon bed not real mattress. The only good thing about it is that the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good and nice hotel, but it will definitely need a couple of changes. What can be improved: • Many of the staff were smoking near the entrance, which caused a strong cigarette smell. • The rooms are soundproof, but not the doors. Every time someone used the elevator or talked outside, we could hear it, which was a little annoying. • The bathroom fan was making a lot of noise, so I would recommend changing it.

The room had a very nice view and was cleaned thoroughly. There was no problem with the heating system and the taps shower were working. The breakfast was also good and what is more striking is that the staff was so friendly, especially the guy at the buffet. The reception was also so quick and helpful. Thank you so much!
