Had a great time and the staff was so sweet. The spa was amazing. However the cost of everything was more than anywhere else in Turkey. The restaurant was super costly for no reason. The room we did get though was a Bad corner room that looked at a wall and we told them it was our honeymoon. Pretty disappointed with the view, but staff made experience better. Pool is so cool

Excellent staff, spa facilities were surprisingly very impressive and the spa manager and everyone that worked there was professional, friendly and helpful. Often in hotels with spas they are sub standard and the staff aren't invested but this wasn't the case here. The location was perfect. The only one thing we disliked was the glass doors to the bathroom and so close to the bed and broken flooring in the bedroom. Otherwise we absolute would stay again.

By the way the breakfast in this place is Great. I recently stayed at the Burdock Hotel in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional service. The room service was outstanding—every request was handled promptly and with care. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for keeping the rooms spotless and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. From the front desk to the concierge and restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend the Burdock Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and world-class people is so nice in this place lots of wonderful places walking distance
