Staff tries to scam. I went there with a booking from Expedia they told me I had to pay cash too but I had to keep telling them that it’s been payed online and showed them the reservation number they saw it but still asked for cash. They saw that I wasn’t giving so after a few minutes they were like “of yeah it’s payed online “ if it was just shy tourist or old they would fall for it. Cleanness was meh

Serviced Rooms.

In the room it had all the things one needs but outside it, none that you would find in a hotel eg room service, breakfast room, laundry service, restaurant, lobby, etc. Instead of a hotel it should be called serviced rooms. Location is good. Grocery, fruit and bakery just outside the door. You can have breakfast in a cafe which is five minutes walk.

Good to stay

The hotel is ok if you have business to do at the area. Under the hotel there are plenty of shops such as pharmacy, fruit shop and etc. The lobby speaks only English but ok to use google translation with them to talk. The room is clean but I found all hotels is Istanbul have a smelly toilet. Overall big room and it is clean

It’s a beautiful hotel, however the service is bad. The toilet had a smell, there’s were flies in the room. There was absolutely no help from the staff with luggage and they didn’t even care. No help with even calling a taxi the staff are just not helpful at ALL.
