Good hotel

Friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms were cleans and functional, of good standard for Istanbul. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice and restaurant staff not very attentive. Location within easy walking for restaurants, Malls and Metro, but this is not a tourist area so be prepared to only find menus in Turkish.

AC system wasn’t working in this hotel. But stuff were hiding it and making people to live without the AC in their rooms. Everytime when i called about the AC problem they were telling the same thing “hotel has central system and it’s a n heat now” what??? This means i have to stay in hot room? This was my worst hotel experience in Istanbul ever.

Nice hotel, very large lobby. Good breakfast. Very clean. Nice balcony with the room, however it needed cleaning and the plants were all dying up there through lack of water. Good shopping mall nearby, metro is a short walk but otherwise this is not a great location. Room service finishes at 10pm which was frustrating after a long drive. Good hotel overall and it suited our needs.

Don’t believe there add. No indoor swimming pools

Booked this hotel because it advertises 2 indoor swimming pools and 2 out door pools. When I went to book in I was told that they only have one outdoor pool and it was closed. I cancelled my booking and did not stay there. How can they mislead there customers like this. 😡
