This property offers the charm and intimate feel of a small boutique hotel while providing the amenities of a large resort. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning, and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again!

The room was satisfactory. Most staff were helpful and amazing. The breakfast was great. Would not recommend upgrading to a food package as there are amazing restaurants here. The beach is a short walk and is awesome. I found this hotel expensive for what was offered but the location was great.

This place is wonderfully maintained. The staff is wonderful. Mike (Miguel) and his crew made our meals absolutely amazing. We got a room with a private pool and it was worth every penny. We also booked an affordable and wonderful massage. We met the director of the hotel who was very amicable. Very centric. The beach was wonderful. We will definitely recommend and go back.

Holbox is paradise, and the front desk staff and beach service were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pools are poorly maintained, with broken tiles that caused my 11-year-old daughter to cut her foot so badly she couldn’t swim for the rest of our trip. We also had disappointing service at the rooftop restaurant and towel station, where an employee tried to charge us for blood-stained towels caused by the pool injury. Proper pool maintenance could have prevented this incident and made our stay much more enjoyable.
