This was the perfect getaway. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. The hotel was luxurious without being pretentious and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Be sure to use the hotels airport transfer service- it makes getting to and from Cancun stress free and is 100% worth the extra cost. We are a gay couple with 2 teenage daughters and couldn't have felt more comfortable.

Heavenly!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. They have thought of every detail, from rooms that feel like sanctuaries to the large shower and outside sitting area. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious with many healthy options. The hotel and the island far exceeded our expectations. Amazing stay I want to keep it a secret.

Incredible stay, our best hotel experience. The setting is incredible and we had a truely special stay. The staff were so friendly and kind we felt very looked after. A real gem on the island. The only minor comments we had are that the internet was poor in our room but it fit the ethos of the hotel to switch off from the world and we could have done with a fridge for cold refreshing water or full height mirror.

The staff and this beautiful property was the perfect setting for our anniversary trip Bit a single thing could have made it better We are booking again in January it was a total relaxing, amazing trip. The food at the restaurant was really good it was close to other food options. Easy to walk to everything. The entire island was welcoming. Taking to planes, a 2 hr private car service, a ferry and a jeep taxi to the hotel was easy and very worth it!
