Amazing place. It is very quiet but walking distance from the city centre and from the luminescence beach. There is a beach two minutes walking away of another hotel of the same owners that guests can use and there is a lovely bar/restaurant. The staff could not have been nicer and if I ever go back this will be my choice. My girlfriend and I had the Maya dinner in the hotel which we highly recommend.

The room was beautiful. Very nicer decorated and calming. The front desk clerk upon arrival was pleasant. However, there was no information provuded regarding the hotels amenities. If you wanted to check something out, you had to ask about it. Also, very little room for unpacking. Probably because most of the people we met were there for just a couple days. We were there 1 week.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. When we first came up we were in awe of the property and how beautiful it was. One of the best parts is the workers. Paco and Carlos were so amazing and called each time we needed a taxi and had the best recommendations for food and places to visit. We loved the small size of the hotel. It was close to a few restaurants and beach clubs. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel next door and access to the roof top swimming pool of the hotel next door. You can't compare this hotel to a 5 star resort in Cancun. Its a nice place to sleep, slow down, and unplug!
