This is our go to spot for a quick trip. Easy check in/check out. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are cute and clean. Breakfast wasn’t great and the coffeemaker was broken, which was disappointing. Overall still a great little place, and I’m sure I’ll be staying there again.

This would be my fifth time at this hotel and up till now no concerns. Greeted warmly by the reception staff and advised of the amenities available.Recognize it is an older hotel but the cleanliness has deteriorated from my last stay. I cleaned the lamps, side table and around the other furniture as dust was excessive.I sneezed and wheezed not sure but suspect an animal may have stayed in the room previously which triggered my allergies. The bathroom could have used a little more effort to clean as well. I am disappointed as it is a nice area and quiet but housekeeping needs to Do an overhaul with a deep groom. Pay particular attention to the sleep area walls and bathroom.

This so our go to place when we visit North Conway. The staff at the reception are very nice, the Continental breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean. It is a quiet place to stay off the beaten path but close to everything in town. I highly recommend staying here.

Besides being well situated, I didn’t enjoy this place. First they rent you a room with two queen sized beds and THEN charge you if there’s more than two persons in the room. The “game room” presented is a joke. The breakfast was nothing more than stale breads and Great Value yogurts. The worst is that staff saw me packing up at 9:30 and waited RIGHT outside my door till I left when I specifically had an 11am check out. I felt rushed and it was ridiculous for the price they charge.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful location. I highly recommend Conway/North Conway. The Swiss Chalets were fun, and in good condition, though not excellent. The cleanliness and the breakfast were excellent and very much appreciated.
