The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!

We got the handicap accessible room because my husband uses a wheelchair. It was very difficult to get into the bathroom, the room was very small. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use for a handicapped person. The room we had had a non-working mini fridge and a broken TV remote. The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the center. Basically it was better than sleeping in the car. The staff was friendly.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. The only complaint I have is that the key cards kept erasing so I had to go have it reprogrammed 4-5 times in the 2 days I was there. Besides that, we were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend staying here for both the affordability and cleanliness!

I stayed less than hour before I had to leave. Cockroaches, smoke smell in nonsmoking room, door that looked like someone tried to break in. The staff would only give partial refund which is a shame but I just did not feel safe and comfortable there and had to go elsewhere. It was a waste.
