No staff on site. They have a remote monitor to check ypu in. People loitering outside all night. Tried charging me twice the amount I reserved for on Expedia. Place is beat up and run down. I left before ever getting to my room due to over charging. Go somewhere more reputable.

Not a bad hotel overall. Reasonably clean, looks like might be in the middle of a renovation? Not much in the way of amenities. Tile flooring in rooms and lobby make for a fairly noisy night unfortunately. You check in via a “zoom” style kiosk which is fine, but unexpected. POSSIBLE SCAM WARNING: The room was listed at $54, but then they wanted a $50 deposit. Left the room very clean, so waiting to see if we get our deposit back.

Well, the bathtub had brown gunk in it, the tv didn’t work outright, the “front desk” is a kiosk where groups of people stand in line and talk through a zoom call? We tried calling the phone number for the front office and they would pick up and pretend not to hear, big accusation, but I would speak regarding the issue and then immediately after the man on the phone would reply “hello?” Horrible experience. -1 star, truly go anywhere else

The outside appearance was good. However, I lifted back the sheets, and saw the beds were full of old dirt/food/drink stains and what appeared to be possibly old blood at one point. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to do anything or let me speak to a manager.

The price was over 100 dollars more than I was quoted on hotels com and when I said something at the kiosk he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and refused to budge on the price. Other than that, it was a clean and modern room.
