This house was an excellent home base for our large group during GenCon. While theoretically it is walking distance, we ended up driving to the convention every day, but it was so nice to have such a short drive. This was the best stocked rental house I've ever stayed in! There was olive oil and spices, as well as tupperware containers for leftovers and for packing lunches. The backyard with a babbling fountain was a nice oasis of calm to return to after a long day in the crowded, chaos of the convention. Quinn, the owner, always responded quickly to any inquiries we had during (and before) our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house was perfect for a weekend girls trip! It was beautiful with nice decor and the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. And it was great to comeBack in the evenings to sit by the small “babbling brook”! Location was perfect with a short walk to fountain square and a quick Uber ride to downtown. The host was also great! Quinn was very responsive from the time I booked the property. We are already planning on booking again next year!

Best Vrbo Experience Yet!

Quinn and his downtown Indy house are awesome. The house is decorated and furnished as if someone lives there full time and it really gives the property a "homey" feel. Quinn is very responsive and check-in and out couldn't be any easier. Access to the full garage and the HUGE TVs are great bonuses. We had a great stay while attending an event at the Lucas Oil Stadium, and walking home afterward took no time at all. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay and I highly recommend!!

There is nothing that my buddy and I didn't like about the home. It was well appointed and the friends we had over, enjoyed it as well. Location-wise, it is about a 17 minute walk to Fountain Square and Fletcher Place, and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Again, highly recommend!!

Great place close to everything

Great little spot just outside of downtown. very modern, beautiful décor. the garden was great, picked fresh tomatoes and peppers. loved grilling on the pellet grill. Air conditioning works like a charm, almost too cold! 5 minute drive to pretty much everywhere.
