Nice location, beautiful building, friendly people who respond quickly. Breakfast was good. Probably best to eat at the first seating. We ate at last seating and it seemed our food was kept warm so it dried a bit. Recommend the owners add some lighting for the parking lot. Had to use flashlight on cell phone.

The Prairie Guest House is a lovely little bed & breakfast tucked away in Fishers, Indiana. The decor inside and landscaping outside are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Extremely excellent communication prior to arrival Asked for preferred breakfast time, any known allergies and gave the instructions with access code Love the venue and breakfast In our room the shower could use updating and the windows would contain privacy shades or blinds instead of curtains

Great location with charm and amenities

The Prarie Guest house was a nice place to stay when visiting Indianapolis. It is located about 1/2 hour from downtown Indy and right in the beautiful suburb of Fishers. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

Great historic building, partially, the majority is a later addition. My room was a good size, the bathroom very large, and everything was clean. There is no thermostat to control the room temp, so it was freezing. I texted the owner, who turned up the heat, but then I sweated all night! Room temp control is crucial. Also, there is no parlor or main meeting room, in which to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious, but the seperate tables are impersonal, but fine for those who prefer to keep to themselves. Some of our most lovely B&B memories are of chatting with others over breakfast. As the inn keeper does not meet one, upon arrival, it lacks that personal attention to detail other B&B's posess. In reality, this is a hotel room in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but not a high end, luxurious B&B, if that is what you are seeking.
