Great place, would definitely love to stay again

We came for the Hoosier beef congress with the whole family, the place was spacious with lots of storage space, having the garage was super helpful as well. Our only wish was more comfortable seating in the living room… but overall we enjoyed our stay. The checkout process was simple as well! Thanks so much!

Beautiful home very clean

House was very spacious and clean. Very nice, loved all the amenities. So nice there was bottles of water and snacks on the counter. Very clean house. Would def highly recommend and would stay there again. Very modern and up to date as well.

Friends going to the National Eucharistic Congress

We had a vehicle to drive back and forth to the Westin Hotel where other friends were staying and we could park the car in the valet parking at the Westin Hotel. We ate at various restaurants in the area. The Oatmont was our favorite. We made reservation for 8. We loved our stay at Guilford Avenue. The house was perfect. Rob Mortell

Nice new property, thoughtful host

We enjoyed the nicely furnished duplex unit and appreciated extra touches such as some snacks, bottled waters, basic pantry and condiment items. It is nice to see the neighborhood improvements in progress. The security system is easy to use, and the owner is responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. We appreciated the use of a one-car garage (good for small to medium-sized vehicles); we used it for our Honda CRV.
