Older building but updated amenities inside. Parking first as you enter property and main entry in the back. Friendly and kind. Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Mattress could be updated.

Honestly disappointed.

Hotel room was recently renovated but had multiple issues- refrigerator door seal was broken and it didn’t shut properly, found dirty dishes under the kitchen sink when we went to our room, the tv had an antenna box plugged into the wrong ports and thankfully my husband was able to fix it when hotel staff couldn’t, the bathroom looked disgusting under UV light, the shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the hot tub next to the indoor pool wasn’t hot at all. Also housekeeping left laundry and garbage in the hall outside of our room when they left for the day. Free breakfast was good, hotel staff was very polite and helpful, and free delivery from Grubhub was a nice perk. Also hotel staff couldn’t get into the room we originally booked for some reason so we were switched to another room when we arrived.

HORRID

The hotel is under total renovation. There is sawdust everywhere. There are food crumbs everywhere. The elevator is all taped up to prevent it from getting scratched from something or another and the current beds and the couch sag so badly that you could almost see the frame bad bad bad do not go there till they’re done renovating.

Not worth the stay

I wish they let you know about construction happening. The room directly above us was having work done. Great to see then fixing it up but my migraines are beyond terrible and thanks to all the noise and vibrations, I've had one all day. Plus, the hot tub was barely timid. Another couple even asked us if it was finally warm. It wasnt. Elevators were ducktaped.

Room was dirty. Please see pictures if I could have afforded to go to another hotel I would have. Spilled stuff on night stand tv hanging off by screws. Ottoman had food on it. Drawer had a bug inside bed wasn’t made right it was just thrown on long black hair in bed. Just dirty

Not what I expected for Carmel!

Overall, poor. Great bed and pillows. Extra blanket in the closet. Heat wouldn’t stay above 66 in the room for longer than an hour and it reset. Lots of duct tape in the elevator, that wasn’t reassuring. Construction pods all around the property, no mention on site. Pool was warmer than hot tub, and it was COLD! Bathroom right across from the bed so no way someone could sleep while someone else was getting ready. I’d asked for two beds, we got one. Breakfast wasn’t open until 7, 5 people waiting in the seating area, we had to leave for an event and therefore bought our own breakfast.

Stayed in Carmel for sports event in Indianapolis. Easy access to Indy as well as the unique city of Carmel. Only complaint it is that the hot tub was not hot.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting our grandchildren. We were both pleased with this Carmel hotel. It was quiet, clean and staff was great! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We arrived for a short staycation only to find that the bathroom area had NOT been cleaned!! The shower was covered in dried hard water stains on the glass and the grip bar. The shower also had ledge for soap that was covered in small pieces of hair. The toilet seat had dry pee and floor had sticky pee! The bed skirt was torn on one side! All the dishes and cabinets were spotted to some degree!! I travel a lot and can say this was by far the direst rooms I’ve seen for a while! If this is how they clean room rates should be cut in half

This websites description of the room was inaccurate. Had I known that it was NOT a suite with a separate bedroom, I would not have booked it.
