Everything was great except the air filter in the room right above the table was filthy and had very thick dust inside that should have been changed a long time ago. Also the workout room was missing the 15 pound dumbbells. And that is the ones I use the most. Also the walls are very thin and I could hear the guy next me very clearly like there was a hole in the wall somewhere. Everything else was wonderful. Great breakfast and love the free drink tickets in the evening.

everything was great except we are disappointed that other hilton hotels have complimentary coffee 24 /7 and yours only has it in breakfast hours! lots of people drink coffee in the afternoon and evening! there also was no water available in lobby like most hiltons! i think for an upscale hilton that this small recommendation would be good!

We arrived at the hotel at midnight. No employees were around. We knocked on the doors to the back area three times and callled the front desk three times from our cell. The phones just rang and Rang. The desk employee finally emerged and got us our keys. Shortly afterwards, the fire alarm sounded and we were outside for over an hour in the cold. This was from about 1-2am. It was a false alarm. I asked for a partial refund the next morning at 6:15am and the same employee said no. Additionally, our room was hastily made, towels askew. Wasn’t sure if it had even been cleaned.
