We stayed there 3 times within 1 month....the elevator was broken all times. The breakfast wasnt ready at 630am like it said it would be. The 1st time, front desk nit helpful. The last time I felt unsafe, which sealed the deal that I WILL NOT return.

Our room was on the small side but clean and we had no issues. Desk staff was friendly. Breakfast looked decent: biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, diy waffles, fruit, etc., but we chose to get on the road rather than stay.

I booke a king suite with a jucizzi tub. I was placed in a double full bed. I called and told them that my receipt showed the Kimg suite. They moved to the room and there were pubic hairs all over the tub. Disgusting. I took pics.

The room was terribly outdated and did not align at all with the pictures put on their website. The entire room smelled musty like old cigarette smoke or animals. The couch was in horrifying condition - covered in very questionable stains. The shower didn’t drain well and the water pressure was very minimal. The pool was ok - except the hand bar to get in was broken out of the concrete. The staff was nice. Would never stay here again.

The hospitality of the staff was definitely one of the first things I noticed. Ms. Christine ensured I had everything I needed, and even allowed me extra time to do laundry before my check out. I will definitely be coming back when I visit the Indianapolis area again.

I reserved 3 rooms. All 3 room had a very bad smell coming from the heater. The sofa sleepers had stains and were dirty, a bandaid fell out of the bed. One rooms toilet water was shut off. The toilet had to be manually flushed. The pool had stuff floating in it. The hand rail to get out of the pool was broken. The staff was never around. Always waiting for someone to come around. The outside lights in the entrance and parking lot weren't on. The whole parking lot was in the dark at 6am.
